What is granola?

The base is typically oats which are coated with an oil and sweetener (typically honey or maple syrup) then baked to become crispy. Some other common ingredients found in granola are nuts, seeds and dried fruit. It can be eaten as a breakfast cereal or as a crispy topping for yogurt, smoothie bowls, oatmeal, baked treats, or even ice cream!

Can you put together special orders with different sized packaging?

Yes, we have several packaging options such our original paper bags or glass jars of different sizes. Contact us to place a custom order and for pricing!

Is your granola gluten-free?

Although there are no ingredients naturally containing gluten in our granolas, we do not use gluten-free certified oats.

What makes your granola different to other brands?

The recipe is our own and we always make it in small batches to ensure the quality is up to our (very high) standards. Every bag of granola contains a perfect harmony of crunchy oats and nuts to soft, chewy dried fruit. It is delicately sweetened and has warm spices to create a balanced flavour. Not to mention, we have some unique and creative granola varieties! Nutritious and delicious!

Are any of your products seasonal?

Yes, ‘Chocolate Cherry’ granola is not sold during the summer months. Our honey is also seasonal, typically available from September until we’re sold out!

Can I freeze the granola?

Yes! It will keep it very crispy and fresh and can even be eaten straight from the freezer. We recommend putting it in a Ziploc bag or other container to freeze.

NOTE: if eating the granola straight from the freezer, the dried fruit will not have the same soft texture.

How long does your granola last?

It will last a long time but might lose its crispiness after about a month. If you want it to last longer, try transferring the granola into an airtight glass jar.

Where do you get the ingredients in the granola from?

We do our best to source local and ethically. The honey we use is always from local beekeepers. Our most heavily used ingredient–oats–are Canadian, as well as a few others. The chocolate products that go into our ‘Chocolate Cherry’ granola are fairtrade and organic from the Canadian company, Camino.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within Ontario, Canada. We are hoping to expand our shipping network as the business grows, so stay tuned!
